1.1 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and dd22 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the dd22 platform. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the dd22 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

1.2 By completing the registration process and creating an account on dd22, by accessing the Platform, or by placing any wager or engaging in any casino activity on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably accepted these Terms in their entirety.

1.3 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and the term "User" shall refer to that entity.

1.4 dd22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms shall always be accessible at https://dd22.io/terms-conditions. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1 Minimum Age: The dd22 Platform is strictly available to adults aged 21 years and above. Any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from registering an account, accessing the Platform, or engaging in any betting or gaming activity on dd22. We operate a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling.

2.2 Jurisdiction: It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the dd22 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. dd22 does not make any representation or warranty that access to the Platform is legal in any particular country or region. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law must not use the Platform.

2.3 Residency: dd22 primarily serves players based in Bangladesh. By registering an account, you represent that you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is unlawful.

2.4 One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the dd22 Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same person are prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

3.1 Registration: To access the full range of dd22 services, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You agree not to provide false, misleading, or fictitious information at any stage of the registration or verification process.

3.2 KYC Verification: dd22 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity and eligibility:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (National ID, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence);
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals (screenshot of mobile banking registration or bank statement).

3.3 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. dd22 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login details. 3.4 Accurate Information: You must keep your account information current and accurate at all times. Any material change in your personal circumstances (including change of address, name, or payment details) must be notified to dd22 as soon as reasonably practicable.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods: dd22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

4.2 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on dd22 is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. These thresholds are subject to change and the current limits applicable at the time of any transaction will be displayed within your account settings panel.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within an average of 15 minutes following approval by the dd22 payments team. In some cases, particularly where enhanced verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours. dd22 does not guarantee any specific processing time and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering: All deposit and withdrawal activity on the dd22 Platform is subject to AML (anti-money laundering) monitoring. dd22 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in a temporary hold on withdrawal processing.

4.5 No Third-Party Payments: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or anonymous payment sources are strictly prohibited. Any withdrawal will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on that account, unless otherwise approved by the dd22 compliance team in writing.

5.1 Promotional Terms: dd22 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, deposit match promotions, and other incentives to registered players ("Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific Promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific Promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific Promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, qualifying games, and time limits will be clearly stated in each Promotion's individual terms.

5.3 One Promotion Per Household: Unless otherwise stated, each Promotion is available once per registered account, per household address, and per shared device (IP address). dd22 reserves the right to withdraw a Promotion or reverse bonus credits where it determines that a Promotion has been claimed in breach of this clause.

5.4 Bonus Abuse: dd22 operates a zero-tolerance policy against bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same Promotion, using automated betting patterns to exploit wagering requirements, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to artificially satisfy wagering conditions, and any other activity that dd22 determines to constitute exploitation of a Promotional offer. Such conduct will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.

6.1 Bet Acceptance: All bets placed on dd22 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. dd22 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or limit any wager without being required to provide a reason for doing so. A bet is only confirmed once a confirmation message and unique bet reference number have been displayed to the user.

6.2 Odds: Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time prior to the acceptance of a wager. The odds applicable to a bet are those displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. dd22 reserves the right to correct any manifest error in displayed odds, and any bet placed at a manifestly incorrect price may be voided or settled at the correct price, at dd22's discretion.

6.3 Voided Bets: A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the applicable result criteria are satisfied; the event does not commence within 24 hours of its scheduled start time; or the outcome of the market is rendered undeterminable due to exceptional circumstances. In the event of a void, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance.

6.4 In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are updated in real time based on match data feeds. In the event of a data feed interruption, dd22 may suspend live markets temporarily. Any bets accepted during a verified data feed outage may be reviewed and may be voided at dd22's discretion.

6.5 Maximum Winnings: dd22 reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits on individual markets and events. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within the betting interface. dd22 shall not be liable for any amounts in excess of the applicable maximum payout limit, regardless of the odds at which the bet was accepted.

7.1 Game Rules: Each casino game available on the dd22 Platform operates according to its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are advised to read and understand the applicable game rules before placing any real-money wager. In the event of a dispute, the individual game rules and the game provider's records shall be the primary reference.

7.2 RNG and Fair Play: All dd22 online slot and RNG (random number generator) table games use certified random number generation technology supplied by our third-party game providers, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other licensed studios. The integrity and randomness of game outcomes are verified by the respective providers' certification processes.

7.4 Malfunction Policy: In the event of any technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure affecting a game on the dd22 Platform, dd22 reserves the right to void all affected game rounds and return staked amounts to affected players' account balances. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the operating principle applied by dd22 and all partner game providers to technical failure scenarios.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dd22 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of event manipulation in connection with markets offered on dd22;
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for personal financial gain;
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or any competitive betting market;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the dd22 Platform or its underlying software;
• Accessing another user's account without their explicit authorisation;
• Using the Platform in any manner that constitutes a violation of applicable laws or regulations.

9.1 dd22's Right to Suspend: dd22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; dd22 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; or dd22 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

9.2 Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your dd22 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to processing an account closure, dd22 may require you to withdraw any available balance in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures and verify your identity for the final time.

9.3 Effect of Closure: Upon account closure, any pending bets already confirmed will be settled normally in accordance with applicable rules. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

9.4 Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through the Responsible Gaming tools available in their account settings, or by contacting [email protected]. 11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, licence, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform for any commercial purpose.

11.3 The dd22 name, logo, and all related trade names, trademarks, service marks, and trade dress are the exclusive property of dd22. You may not use any dd22 trademark or trade dress without the prior written consent of dd22.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dd22 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

12.2 dd22 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. dd22 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy of the information, products, services, and related graphics contained on the Platform.

12.3 In all circumstances, dd22's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your dd22 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude dd22's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13.1 dd22 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at dd22.io/privacy-policy. By using the Platform and accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

13.2 dd22 will use your personal data to operate and manage your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you about your account and available Promotions (subject to your communication preferences).

13.3 dd22 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud prevention services) strictly for the purposes of operating the Platform and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

15.1 Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the terms of dd22's operating licence.

15.2 Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute between you and dd22, you should first contact the dd22 customer support team at [email protected] with full details of the complaint. dd22 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. dd22 aims to resolve all disputes fairly, promptly, and in good faith.

15.3 Escalation: If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal dispute resolution process, you may have the right to refer the dispute to an independent third-party dispute resolution service. 15.4 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
